Paappan

Abraham Mathew Mathan is a retired superintendent of police. People call him Paappan. He worked in the crime branch. He left the force of his own accord. Now he lives a quiet life. One file, though, was left unclosed. A murder from years ago has still not been solved. Then new deaths occur. The deaths are connected to that old file. The force calls him back to duty. The man accepts it unwillingly. His daughter is beside him in the investigation. She is a police officer too and works the same case. The two of them try to understand why the killer kills. The answer lies somewhere in the past. Suresh Gopi and Gokul Suresh appear in the hundred and sixty two minute film, an Indian production Joshiy finished in 2022.
