What Rakht Charitra 2 Is About
The story of power and revenge that detonated in the first film carries on here. Pratap, once a rebel leader, is a politician now with his base consolidated. But a rival out of the past, Surya Narayan Reddy, whose family was wiped out in a bombing, decides to settle the account. Pratap is equally set on finishing him, even at the cost of parting ways with Shivaji, his mentor in politics. Ram Gopal Varma softens none of the violence in this second half and builds the narrative directly on the chain of reprisals. Suriya, Vivek Oberoi and Priyamani play it.
