An apartment building is slowly coming apart. The building is in Moscow. First the hot water is cut off. The man who cuts it is an elderly man from Asia. He could not stand seeing water wasted. Then the roof starts to fall in. After that the electricity goes. Everyone in the building is different from everyone else. Different work, different lives. They all end up in the same position. Nobody can solve it alone. The film tells this as a comedy. An order coming apart sits behind it. Sergey Dreyden, Nina Usatova and Asankul Kuttubayev appear in the hundred and four minute film, a Soviet production Yuri Mamin finished in 1988.
