What Truth About Men Is About

Mads is moving into a house with his girlfriend Marie when a doubt drops into him: is this what the meaning of life is, has he lived out any of the things he wanted? He drops everything, moves out and throws himself into living those dreams one by one while looking for the meaning of life and the right person at the same time. Nikolaj Arcel does not take the search seriously and does not mock it either; he shows how absurd the man is being without abandoning him. Thure Lindhardt and Tuva Novotny play it. It draws on the self directed, slightly bitter register of Danish comedy.
