What Ultraman Tiga: The Final Odyssey Is About
A survey team enters an old ruin and unknowingly wakes three ancient giants sleeping there. After that Daigo begins seeing strange visions: in them there are not three giants but four, and the fourth is a dark Ultraman Tiga. In the end they meet in the ruins and Daigo has to use a power of his own that is anything but light. Hirochika Muraishi's Japanese film works like an episode appended to the end of the Ultraman Tiga television series. Hiroshi Nagano plays Daigo again. The telling keeps to the familiar pattern: giant monsters, model cities and effects made by hand. The idea behind the film is that the source of the light can also be darkness.
