Over the course of a single night in a large railway station, the paths of very different travellers cross. Among them are Chick and his friend Scrap Iron, just out of prison after serving time for vagrancy. Hungry and desperate, Chick comes across a suitcase left behind by a drunken traveller; the suit, the shaving kit and the roll of money inside turn him at once into a well dressed gentleman. Having eaten, he turns his attention to the women working the station and meets Ruth Collins, an out of work showgirl who is stranded there. But who the suitcase actually belongs to and where the money came from emerge later in the night. In Alfred E. Green’s sixty seven minute American film, Douglas Fairbanks Jr. and Joan Blondell appear; it was completed in 1932.
