Written and directed by Sylvia Chang, who also stars, the film sets three women side by side. The one in her twenties has come to Taiwan to become a singer, chasing an ambition and having paid for nothing yet. The one in her thirties works as a flight attendant, keeps two separate relationships in two cities and does not know which she wants. The one in her forties has built her own business, her marriage is ending, and she has to think her life through again. The film does not force a contrivance to tie the three together, leaving them as three lives lived separately in the same city. Its concern is less what age brings than what people put off at every age. Tony Leung Ka-fai and Anthony Wong are also in it.
