Abhimanyu

Hari is a welder in a small workshop. He lives in a poor quarter. His life runs on ordinarily. One day he witnesses a killing. The killing is part of a settling of accounts between gangs. That witnessing pulls him in against his will. A man who counted for something in the quarter is killed. He had been someone who helped people. His death leaves no balance in the neighbourhood. People come forward to fill the gap. Hari ends up inside that order. The change happens slowly. In the end he becomes someone else. Mohanlal, Geetha and Cochin Haneefa appear in the hundred and forty minute film, an Indian production shot in Malayalam that Priyadarshan finished in 1991.
