Arun is a well known Bengali film actor. Shuvobrata is a young man who wants to make a film. He brings Arun a proposal. He wants to remake Satyajit Ray’s film Nayak. Arun accepts. Shooting begins. Shuvobrata asks Shrin, the woman he lives with, to act in it. She is to play opposite Arun. That choice unsettles the balance on set. The relationship in front of the camera carries behind it. Tension grows between the three of them. The film questions the border between stardom and private life. The reference to the older film runs on inside the story. Srijit Mukherji builds it as a slow drama. Prosenjit Chatterjee and Indraneil Sengupta appear in the one hundred twenty minute film, an Indian production Srijit Mukherji finished in 2010.
