Gangster

Simran works in a bar in Seoul and drinks heavily. In her past there is Daya, a notorious gangster she was with years ago. When Daya comes back into her life she has to live through everything she wanted to forget. Meanwhile she meets a singer named Aakash, and beside him she is at ease for the first time. Two men, two lives, and a road Simran has to choose. Anurag Basu directs, with Kangana Ranaut as Simran in her first film, alongside Emraan Hashmi and Shiney Ahuja. It sits between Bollywood melodrama and crime picture, and its songs were remembered far longer than the film itself.
