Tired of the fast, meaningless world he lives in, Teddy settles alone in a cabin on the shore of Lake Baikal in the middle of winter. Once the elation of the first days passes, the real thing starts: solitude, extreme cold, the problem of food, danger. One night he is lost in a blizzard and close to dying when Aleksei, a Russian convict hiding out in the forest, finds him. A friendship grows between them. Safy Nebbou directed.
