What Kiss, Kiss, But Don't Lose Your Head Is About
A young couple spends the summer at a youth work camp and tries to keep what is between them going. But the families on both sides get involved, and the advice of their elders tangles the situation instead of settling it. After a brief closeness with the girl’s mother, an older man drawn into the affair finds himself dealing with two foreign guests, and the confusion reaches its height. The film works with the moulds of Yugoslav popular comedy of the eighties: the seaside, misunderstandings and a quarrel between generations. The account makes the ridiculous ones not the young people but those giving them advice. Dragomir Bojanic plays the lead in Zoran Calic’s ninety minute Yugoslav film, completed in 1981.
