What Free! the Final Stroke the Second Volume Is About
Haruka has appeared in a competition on the world stage for the first time. There Albert’s swimming shook him. After that meeting he lost his way. One question is in his head: what is he swimming for. What the water means to him is called into question as well. The question closes him in and he has to look for the answer alone. The film continues an animated series built around a swimming club. The account puts that inner questioning ahead of the competition. The work is a sports animation with swimming at its centre.
