What Stage Struck Is About

Orme loves her, but he also has a weakness for stage stars, and when Lillian, the leading actress of the showboat that comes up the river, steps ashore his head is turned entirely. To keep him, Jennie decides to go on stage and match herself against the woman, and finds herself in something she cannot carry off. Gloria Swanson appears in Allan Dwan’s eighty four minute silent American comedy; parts of it were shot in colour, and it was completed in 1925.
