What The Olsen Gang in Jutland Is About
Egon Olsen leaves prison with another plan: when the Germans were defeated in 1945 they left dollars and gold bars behind in one of their bunkers. The only difficulty is that the bunker is in Jutland. Egon, Benny and Kjeld acquire a car and set off with Kjeld's wife Yvonne and their son Børge. The Copenhagen gang expect the provinces to be easy, and as usual nothing goes as planned. This is the only time in Erik Balling's series that the gang travels to Jutland. Ove Sprogøe is Egon, Morten Grunwald and Poul Bundgaard are Benny and Kjeld. Part of the fun is Denmark laughing at its own capital-versus-province tension.
