What The Olsen Gang's Big Score Is About
Egon Olsen leaves prison the way he always does, with a flawless plan in his pocket. The gang holds up a money transport, lifts more than four million and goes quietly to ground. Then the suitcase is stolen by two small-time crooks who move straight into a Sheraton penthouse and start spending, and the money begins changing hands faster than anyone can follow. This is one instalment of Denmark's longest-running comedy franchise, directed as ever by Erik Balling, with Ove Sprogøe as the eternally unlucky mastermind.
