What Yu Yu Hakusho: The Movie - Poltergeist Report Is About
Unseasonal rain floods the River Sanzu and the Spirit World with it. Koenma senses something extremely powerful coming and entrusts the death god Botan with an object to carry to the Spirit Detective, Yusuke. By the time Botan reaches him she is too weak to explain anything, so Yusuke and his friends go into this without knowing what they are facing. What they are facing is the ruler of the netherworld. One of the feature films spun off the series, holding onto the flavour of nineties television anime. It belongs to one of the best-known runs adapted from Yoshihiro Togashi's manga. A pleasure if you know the show, and hard to enter if you do not.
