Pankaj, Gautam, Sameer and Martand share a house in Pune. What they have in common is wanting to get rich without working. Each tries a different shortcut and each time lands in bigger trouble. When they take a high-interest loan it becomes serious. They find a solution: marry the wealthy young woman who has just moved into the neighbourhood. But they know nothing about her. Priyadarshan's film runs in the shapes of Hindi farce: four men, a lie, and chaos that keeps growing. The director has made many films in this mode and the structure is familiar here too. Sharman Joshi, Kunal Khemu, Tusshar Kapoor and Rajpal Yadav play the four friends. Tanushree Dutta is also in the cast. Who it's for: Viewers who like Hindi farce, comedies about a group of friends, and Priyadarshan's films. Who it's not for: The humour is crude and it runs long. The woman is entirely in the position of a prize and the narrative does not question it.
