What El señor doctor Is About
A country doctor comes to the city while a clinic is being built in his own town, and starts working in a large hospital. Everything there runs by rules and hierarchy; he works instead by talking to the patient, joking and being patient. Over time he changes the people around him. Cantinflas leads and Miguel M. Delgado directed; Delgado made the great majority of his films. This is Cantinflas in the sixties: the comedy behind, the lesson in front. It speaks directly about what medicine ought to be.
