What Santa Chikita Is About
Fotis Fangris, a poor and hard working clerk, is engaged to Mary but can never put together the money to marry her. When he needs money for his mother’s operation he accepts an offer that is put to him: a marriage on paper to a Spanish dancer so that she can stay in Greece. What follows is the story of how a marriage that exists only on paper disorders a real life, with his fiancee and the whole neighbourhood reading the situation their own way.
