What Girls und Panzer das Finale: Part 2 Is About
Having fallen for a clever deception by BC Freedom High, the tank crews of Oarai Girls High find themselves facing an entirely different battlefront than the one they prepared for. Yukari suspects that a bluff this many people sustained this easily must rest on something true. While the other schools get ready for the next round, Oarai works up a plan to collapse the ground under their opponents. This is the second of the final episodes in the Girls & Panzer series, fifty-four minutes long, and it is not a way in for anyone who has not seen the show. The oddity of the series is the whole point: high school girls compete in tanks, and the film treats that with complete seriousness, down to real armoured tactics. The cutting of the action is among the most meticulous the genre has.
