Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn

One of the Dragon Ball Z features, carrying one of the series' strangest ideas. An accident at the soul-processing plant in the other world breaks the boundary between the dead and the living. Everyone who has died comes back; the streets fill with the risen, and an enormous creature named Janemba appears. Its most cited passage has Hitler among the returned, attacking a city with tank units. That section caused argument in some versions released in the West. The second half gives the series a permanent technique: Goku and Vegeta merging through the fusion dance, and the first appearance of Gogeta. The dance is deliberately ridiculous, and the joke rests on how much both of them hate doing it. Shigeyasu Yamauchi directed. It runs around fifty minutes. A necessary film for Dragon Ball viewers as the origin of Gogeta. For anyone outside the series nothing is explained, and the Hitler section reads now as uncomfortable comedy.
